"The Rack" is known for its authentic approach to modern day agronomy, the UYMI Program (Ultimate Yield Management Institute) is a specialized farm/land management tool designed to increase efficiency for the grower and is supported with in-house research initiatives.

Rack Petroleum Ltd. offers a broad scope of first-class products and services such as: bulk fuel, bulk fertilizer, seeds, herbicides, pesticides, fungicides, inoculants, custom application, and a highly skilled team of agronomists.

Rack Petroleum Ltd. is currently seeking a dynamic salesperson to join The Rack family as Area Sales Representative, out of the North Battleford area.

This role is responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in our North Battleford Area.  Working as part of the Rack Team you will be looked upon to provide leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with the company vision and values.  You would be expected to establish plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the market area and contribute to the development and education programs for our growers. You must have the ability to be flexible in your work schedule.

We are looking for someone that brings a polished sales acumen and a thorough knowledge of the agriculture industry. Your enthusiasm and entrepreneurial vigour blend well with a culture of freethinking professionals ready for action and a business model based on results and driven by innovation.  Your strong sales-based approach gives you the initiative to expand market share while maintaining a finger on the pulse of our market.

Armed with an education in agriculture and/or business, 8 years' experience in sales and agriculture you must be ready for a new challenge that will exercise your expertise in a progressive environment.
